The M.C.M. Srl has gotten an experience of over 40 years, in 1964 the founder began his adventure in the world of flow pack wrapping machines, together with the children in 1988 founded the MCM which is today directed by the same staff.
Today, it carries on business in a modern and well-equipped own facility ,about 1000 square meters.
The M.C.M. is considered to be a 'family company, just this factor makes it dynamic and versatile in the various market needs.
Despite being a "small team" the M.C.M. is present with its machines in the five continents boasting of relationships with distributors in place, that ensure after-sales service to customers who buy the products.
The M.C.M. has transformed from a few years its production in a targeted manner by including servo drives and servomotors. The previous type of machine was almost predominantly mechanical, with wide adoption of propeller shafts, chains and crank. With the shift to electronics, there was a strong qualitative development of the machines, with the same costs, have become enormously
more flexible, quiet, clean and intuitive for operators.
The choice of electronic substitution was weighted in order to avoid jumps in the dark that could in any way compromise the reliability of the product and after-sales service.
This way of working has proved successful: the MCM is experiencing strong growth, and almost all customers who have tried recent MCM electronic machines are requiring similar ones.
It is now available on a wide range of electronic machines that use technology in multi-axis field bus of the best brands.
The experience, know-out, quality and reliability have been let to work with multinational companies, offering automatic packaging lines and line end with the application of robotics.
From 2012 the M.C.M. began the construction of some models of automatic and semi-automatic filling machines with the application of robots.
The goal of MCM for the coming years is to provide solutions "turnkey" for packaging lines.
